Find My Mac is an incredibly useful tool from iCloud that let you find your Mad as long as it’s registered on the same Apple Account.  Enabling and Disabling it is very easy (if you know where to go).

Here’s how to Enable it:

  1. Pull down the  Apple menu
  2. Select ‘System Settings’
  3. Click on your name at the top of System Settings sidebar
  4. Click on ‘iCloud’
  5. Click “See All” to view the rest of the settings
  6. Click “Find My Mac”
  7. Click on the Turn ON button next to Find My Mac 

How to Disable it:

  1. Pull down the  Apple menu
