The Walt Disney Company Pledges Millions for California Fire Relief

The Walt Disney Company has committed a $15 million donation to support the firefighting and rebuilding efforts in the Los Angeles area, which have been ravaged by wildfires.

This contribution joins the efforts of numerous other companies, including Apple and the National Football League, that have pledged their resources to aid in these endeavors.

The wildfires that ignited on January 7th and continue to rage have resulted in at least 11 fatalities, scorched over 100,000 acres, and destroyed more than 1,000 structures. Consequently, over 150,000 individuals have been compelled to evacuate their residences. These fires have surpassed any other in Los Angeles history, causing immense devastation.
