SiriShortcuts

Recently, I was having trouble with the new Siri Shortcuts app crashing on my iPhone 7 Plus, and then on my new iPhone XS Max.

After asking around in the Apple Customer Support forums, here’s a possible solution:

  • Go to Settings > General > Language & Region.
  • Select iPhone Language.
  • Select English (US).
  • Select Done.
  • Select Change to English (US).
  • The iPhone will change to English (US).
  • That’s it.

The problem is said to be within the app looking for the English (US) option when it executes.

It didn’t work for me, but hopefully it will for someone else.
