As QVC privets from TV to all Internet, the company has sent the below email to all customers notifying them of a change in returning items to the retailer, effective immediately.

Dear QVC® Customer, At QVC, we want to deliver a flawless shopping experience-from beginning to end. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within
30 days of delivery. With that in mind, QVC is gradually eliminating return labels from packages as we move toward an online returns system for all products. We will offer quicker refunds and a variety of carrier and drop-off solutions
tailored to your needs.
- Visit Order Status on QVC.com.
- select the item you wish to return, and click “Start a
Return or Exchange.”- Next, print your return label, or skip printing
with our QR code option.- Select your drop-off location or schedule
a USPS pickup.It’s that easy. Plus, you can track your return with email and text updates.
