PokemonGoLogoFor those who play Pokemon GO, it can be a positive experience.  But for one couple living in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan those experiences have had a negative effect.

The couple has filed a class action lawsuit against the makers of the game, claiming that a park that’s across the street from their home is a designated ‘Pokemon Stop’ or also called ‘Pokemon Gym’ where users of the game can come to capture a Pokemon character.

In the lawsuit, the couple claims that the game has become an invasion of privacy because some players are not only coming on their property to capture Pokemon characters, but also peering through their windows at their home, ruining their landscape, and some players are also cursing at them if the couple asks a player to move their car.

Before filing this lawsuit, the couple claims that they had contacted the makers of the game asking them to remove (opted-out) their location, but have only gotten back generic responses or no response at all.

This is not the first time that the game maker has gotten sued over the game.
