Notes on Tuesday's Apple Event

At today’s Apple Event, the company introduced new iPhones and its own cases.  Their are now two new iPhone models, the 5C and the 5S.  The below is a summary of what was presented:

iPhone 5C:

– Comes in colors (white, pink, yellow, blue, and green)
– A6 Chip.
– 8MP iSight Camera.
– LTE Compatible, supports more bands then ever before.
– 16GB, $99.00.
– 32GB, $199.00
– Networks: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon.
– Locked and unlocked versions.
– Pre-orders taken on September 13th.

iPhone 5S:

– Comes in colors (black, gold, and silver)
– A7 and M7 Chips.
– Finger print sensor.
– Newest LTE Technology.
– 16GB $199.00
– 32GB $299.00
– 64GB $399.00
– Networks: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon.
– Locked and unlocked versions
– Pre-orders taken on September 20th.

The iPhone 4S is free and comes in locked and unlocked versions.

iPhone cases:

– Multiple colors (brown, beige, black, yellow, blue and red)
– Leather look and feel.
– Fits the device like a glove.
– Price: $39.00
– Available: 9/20/2013 (in-store and ship date).
