Netflix introduced a “Season Download” button for iPhone and iPad users, enabling offline viewing of entire seasons with a single tap. Previously, Android users only had this feature, and iOS/iPadOS users had to download each episode individually, which could be time-consuming. Now, subscribers can download full seasons directly from a show’s display page, next to the Share button. They can manage their downloaded content through the My Netflix tab.

Netflix introduced offline viewing in 2016 and later improved it with Smart Downloads, which automatically replaces watched episodes with the next available installment.

The announcement coincided with Netflix’s recent price increases. The premium ad-free plan rose to $24.99/month, the standard ad-free plan to $17.99/month, and the ad-supported plan to $7.99/month. Ad-free plan subscribers can store up to 100 active downloads per device, while ad-supported plan subscribers have stricter limits, allowing only 15 total downloads per month.

The feature is available now.
