iOS App Store now offers "Last Compatible Version" of an app

Early Tuesday, Apple quietly updated its iOS app store to give it the ability for a user to download a previous version of an app that last worked on their device.

For example, if a user has an iPhone 4 with iOS 5 on it, and the developer once made an app for iOS 5, that version would be downloaded to the device.  This would ensure that an end user would be able to use a previous version of his or her favorite app.
