iOS 18: How to ‘delete’ something from a photo

Apple has finally added the ability to delete things from a photo using the photo app on your iOS device.

Here’s how:

1. Make sure you’re running the latest iOS 18 build by going to SETTINGS > GENERAL > SOFTWARE UPDATE.
2. Go into the photos app.
3. Select a photo you wish to edit.
4. Tap the ADJUST icon (bottom Right of the screen).
5. Tap CLEAN UP. 
6. If this is the first time you’re using it, the feature will download to your device.
7. Draw a circle around the subject(s) you wish to remove.
8. The subject(s) disappear from the photo.
9. Tap [DONE] to save the changes.
10. That’s it.
