Here’s how:
- Open Safari or another app that supports PiP.
- Open a window containing a video.
- In the video playback controls, click the PiP button (it looks like a small opaque square, and an arrow within a larger transparent square behind it).
- If you don’t see it, right-click inside the video.
- A pop-up menu appears.
- Choose Enter Picture-in-Picture (if available).
- You can move the window to any corner of the screen.
- When you’re finished, click the circled X icon in the lower corner.
- The window becomes full screen.
- That’s it.
