How to use “Type to Siri” on a Mac
Type to Siri is an iOS feature that lets you type a question to Siri instead if speaking to it. You can do the same thing with the Mac.

Here’s how:
- In order for this to work, you must enable it in System Settings > Apple Intelligence > Siri Requests.
- You can assign your own keyboard shortcut to enable Siri. I use “Press Left Command Key Twice.”
- When that’s enabled, click OK
- Now press the key combination to bring up Type to Siri in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- That’s it.
