Sidecar is a new feature in MacOS10.15 that allows a user to use a newer Mac and an iPad as a second display. The setup is a snap, and here’s how.
- Both the iPad and the Mac must have Bluetooth, WiFi enabled, and be on the same network.
- Go to the menu and click System Preferences.
- Click the dropdown box beneath “Devices” and select the name of the iPad that you want to connect to as the Sidecar device.
- Your iPad should now show your desktop and you can now use it as any other desktop.
