How to: Use Picture-In-Picture Mode with iOS 9 on an iPad

iOS9IconWith the introduction of iOS 9, users now have an option to have Picture-In-Picture (PIP) mode while using another app in iOS.  Here’s how:

  1. With a FaceTime video call active, or even a video playing, press the HOME button.
  2. The video will go into PIP mode in the corner of the screen.
  3. Open any other iOS app.  The PIP will stay in the corner of the screen.
  4. That’s it.
  • This will only work with devices that can run iOS 9.
