Let’s say you want to save a website’s URL but don’t want to save it to your Bookmarks. You can then create a quick clickable bookmark and save it to the Dock.

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

Here’s how:

  1. Go to a website you wish to save.
  2. With the page showing, click [Command+L] to highlight the URL.
  3. Take the mouse and put it over the website’s icon.
  4. Click on the icon then drag it to the lower-right of the Dock.
  5. Release the mouse.
  6. You should now have an earth icon showing on the Dock.
  7. Now, click it to automatically go to that URL.
  8. That’s it.

You can repeat steps 1-6 for any additional website(s) you wish to save.
