When it comes to your health, seconds count.  Did you know you can have an Apple Watch notify you of a high heart rate?

Here’s how:

  1. Launch the Watch App on your iPhone.
  2. Select the “My Watch” section.
  3. Scroll down and find the Heart app.
  4. Go into the app.
  5. Scroll down until you see the “Set up Irregular Rhythm Notification in Health” section.
  6. This will launch the Health app on the iPhone.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  8. After that, make sure the Irregular Rhythm option is Toggled “ON”.
  9. Below that, you can set the high and low heart rate.  
  10. This will determine when the watch will alert you.
  11. Set those rates.
  12. That’s it.

Now you have a “partner” when it comes to your heart health.
