How to set DuckDuckGo.com as a default search engine in iOS

For those of you who don’t know, http://www.duckduckgo.com is a search engine like Google.com that does not track where you go after you leave the site.  They take user’s privacy very seriously, and it is the search engine I use inside my iOS Apps.

Here’s how to make it a default search engine on iOS.

• Open Settings >  Safari > Search Engine.
• Select DuckDuckGo.
• Go Back.
• Exit Settings.
• That’s it. 

Now when ever you request a search engine inside of iOS, it’ll default to duckduckgo.
