How to Scan a QR Code with an iPhone’s Camera

Lately, when you’re watching a TV Commercial, they’re starting to show what is known as a QR Code.  A QR Code is a special code that can either have more information about a product or service.  But recently, they also may have an URL to a related web site.

Your iPhone OR iPad has the ability to read and decode these Codes with the help of your camera.

Here’s how:

• When a QR Code becomes available, open the camera app on the iOS device.
• Point the camera towards the QR Code.
• A little yellow tag will appear with the decoded QR Code.
• Tap the yellow tag to go to that web site.
• That’s it.
