Now that some people seem to be using their iPhone more than a regular Mac or even an iPad, you may come across a situation that you’ll need to save a webpage as a PDF to either file, or send to another user. Fortunately, with iOS, this is easier than you may think.

  • Go in to Safari as normal.
  • Go to a webpage you wish to save.
  • On the toolbar (bottom bar) find the icon with a square and an up arrow in the middle of it (the share menu).
  • When that menu pops up, choose the “options” choice at the top of the menu.
  • In the Send As area, tap PDF.
  • Now select the Save To Files option from the Share Sheet.
  • Tap Save.
  • Now you can access the file by going into the Files App in iOS.
  • That’s it.

Now you can either keep it on the device or send it somewhere else to archive it.
