Did you know that all Macs are able to save virtually any page or document as a PDF, as long as it can be sent to a printer.

Here’s how:

  • Using almost any text editor or word processor, open the document that you wish to convert to a PDF.
  • Press [Command]+[P].
  • When the printer window opens, look for a button that says “Save as PDF.”
  • Give it a name like any other document.
  • Click [Save].
  • Now the document is saved as a PDF.
  • That’s it.
