How to quickly open a document on a Mac (or even Windows)

We are always looking for ways to get our work done faster, especially when we’re in a time crunch.

Long time Mac and Windows users know this little trick, but newbies may not.

How to quickly open a document on Mac or Windows:

1. Search for the document you wish to open.
2. Double click that icon.
3. The program related to that document will open along with the actual document. 
4. If the app is not available, the computer will search for the correct one in its App Store.
5. That’s it.
