Here’s how to use this new feature:

  1. Open the Notes app as normal.
  2. Press the [+] button to add a new note.
  3. Click the lock icon at the top of the window.
  4. From the drop down menu, select Lock this note.
  5. Another window will come up asking for a password.
  6. When done, click the OK button.
  7. Now the note is locked with a password.

When you’re done editing or reading the note, click on the Lock Button again to select Close All Locked Notes to hide the note(s) with passwords.
