Public Service Announcement

Did you know that you can make your Mac read you an article from the Internet using Safari?  Its easy and time saving.

Here’s how:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Go to an article you wish to read.
  3. Go to the first word in the article and hold down the left Mouse button.
  4. The words turn blue as you highlight each sentence.
  5. When you get to the end, right click.
  6. A drop down menu appears.
  7. Select Speech and then Start Speaking.
  8. Your Mac will start reading the article.
  9. That’s it. 

You can also do the above with virtually any document on the Mac as well.
