You’d be surprised at how many people don’t know that they can make calls on an Apple Watch.  Here are some different ways:

Using Siri with a non-cellular Apple Watch (connected to an iPhone):

  • Make sure your Apple Watch is synced with your iPhone.
  • Make sure the person you wish to call is in your contacts.
  • Activate Siri on the watch (hold in the crown).
  • Say, “Call {Name of contact}.
  • Siri will call that contact.

Using Siri with a cellular Apple Watch:

  • Make sure the person you wish to call is in your contacts.
  • Activate Siri on the watch (hold in the crown).
  • Say, “Call {Name of contact}.
  • Siri will call that contact.

Using the dial-pad on the Apple Watch:

  • Press the watch’s crown.
  • Select the phone icon.
  • Select Keypad.
  • Dial the number you wish to call.
