How to have more than one window show on a Mac

Did you know that one can have more than one window show on your screen at the same time on a Mac?

Here’s how:

1. Open two or more Mac apps.
2. In one window, in the upper-left corner, press and hold the green button.
3. A drop down menu appears with various options.
4. This shows where that window will be placed on the screen.  
5. Click on the icon where you want the window to appear.
6. Do that with each window you want shown.
7. That’s it.
