All Macs come with a Firewall, but the user has to manually enable it.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the  Apple menu.
  2. Choose “System Settings”.
  3. Click on “Network” in the sidebar list.
  4. Click on “Firewall”.
  5. Toggle the switch for Firewall to the ON position.
  6. That’s it.
