One of the neatest features of the above is the ability to save and obtain documents from your iCloud account.  The updates to Apple’s Pages, Keynote, and Numbers enables this feature for Mountain Lion.  If you haven’t taken the time to update these apps yet, please do so at your earliest convenience as they will enable this feature.

Enabling this feature is as easy as enabling your iCloud account.  If you have, then you’re all set.  Just do the below:

1.  Select APPLE > SYSTEM PREFERENCES > iCLOUD.
2.  The screen should look similar to the one below:

3.  Make sure the “Documents & Data” option is checked.
4.  Make sure you’re signed in to your iCloud account.
5.  Now go in to either Keynote, Numbers, or Pages.
6.  You’ll be presented a different file dialog box then before.
7.  You now have two choices: Save locally, or to iCloud.
8.  That’s it.

Now the documents will be accessible via your computer or any iOS device.
