How to display a word counter in Pages for Mac

Now that school’s right around the corner, there maybe times when you’ll have to write a report on a subject that cannot be any less than 1500 words or more.

Pages (Apple’s free word processor for iOS and Mac) has the ability to show a word counter at the bottom of your documents window.

Here’s how to enable it:

1. While in Pages and in a new document, select View > Word Count.
2. The Counter will now appear at the bottom.
3. That’s it.
