How to delete multiple emails in Outlook for Windows 11

If you’re like me, you get multiple emails in the morning, and most of them are Junk.  Instead of deleting them one by one, I’ll show you a neat little trick that I just found out.

How to delete multiple emails in Outlook for Windows 11:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Let all emails come in.
3. Highlight the FIRST email you wish to delete.
4. Go to the last email you wish to delete.
5. Now press [Shift] and then click on the last email.
6. The emails are now highlighted.
7. Press the delete key.
8. All highlighted emails are now deleted.
9. That’s it.
