How to Convert Keynote to Powerpoint on an iPhone or iPad

It’s bound to happen at some point.  You made a presentation on KeyNote, but your business associate only has a Windows PC.

Fortunately, there is a way to convert that presentation to PowerPoint right on an iOS device.

Here’s how:

1. Launch the KeyNote app on the iOS device.
2. Use the Recents or Browse menu to find the file that you want to convert. You need to first tap on the file and open it in the Keynote app.
3. This will display the presentation slides.
4. Tap the circle with three lines button.
5. Tap Export.
6. Tap PowerPoint.
7. Wait for the conversion to complete.
8. When it’s done, Keynote will automatically launch the iOS share sheet which can be used to quickly share the converted file via E-Mail or other sharing options.
9. That’s it.
