How to Cancel Auto Update for iPad / iPhone

For those who don’t know, your iOS device will auto update during the night while you’re sleeping. If that’s something you may not want, then here’s how to disable it.

- Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
- Select “Auto Update”
- Switch “Install iOS Updates” to OFF.
- That’s it.
Likewise, you do the above to enable auto updates.
