Having a WiFi connection in your home is necessary now a days. But sometimes, that connection can become slow or not responsive. In this case, it maybe necessary to do one of the following.

- Restart the Router: Sometimes, just restarting the router can fix a multitude a problems including downloading any updates from the manufacture. Depending on the model, it can either be reset via a button on the device, or by going into its onboard configuration page.
- Unplug the Router: If that doesn’t seem to work, the more drastic thing to do would be to unplug it from the wall, wait about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Doing so many even trigger downloading any updates from the manufacture.
If you have a Modem plugged into the Router, unplug it too and then plug the Modem back in before plugging the Router back in.
