Google intros its own “Find My” Network
Earlier this week, Google introduced its own “Find My” Network for its Android devices.

Running Android 9 or later, the device uses millions of other nearby devices to “ping” each other to help find a lost or stolen phone or tablet. The device uses Bluetooth, so it’ll work even if the device is shut off or doesn’t have a Cellular connection.
This new feature will also work with older Android phones such as the Pixel 8 and the Pixel 8 Pro.
