Fiat Chrysler adds Apple CarPlay to 2017 Charger, Challenger, and 300 other Models

Thanks to a new technology called Uconnect 4.0, Fiat Chrysler announced on Tuesday that it will be adding Apple’s CarPlay as an option to the company’s new 2017 Charger, Challenger, and 300 other well-known models starting when the lineup is officially announced this Fall.

The Uconnect 4.feature is available on “properly-equipped” models of the three cars, Fiat Chrysler said. The interface revolves an 8.4-inch multi-touch display, and also supports Google’s Android Auto.
