Disney raises prices for Disney+ and Hulu (again) | CompuScoop.com

Disney will hike prices for nearly all of its streaming plans in October. The monthly prices for both the ad-supported and ad-free versions of the Disney+ streaming service are slated to rise by $2 to $9.99 and $15.99 respectively. Hulu with ads will cost $2 more as well, rising to $9.99 a month, while the ad-free premium version of Hulu will rise $1 to $18.99 a month.

The popular Disney “Trio” bundle, which includes Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ is one of the company’s most important streaming products because of its low cancellation rate. The bundle will cost $2 more a month for both the ad-supported and ad-free versions, which will be $16.99 and $26.99 respectively.

The ad-supported “Duo” plan, which offers Disney+ and Hulu, will rise in price by $1 to $10.99 a month; the ad-free version will remain unchanged at $19.99 a month. Both the ad-supported and ad-free versions of Hulu + Live TV, Disney’s streaming version of the cable bundle, will rise $6 a month, to $82.99 and $95.99 respectively.
