While some people are stating that the device had changed back to one hour, others are stating that their device (either an iPhone 4 or even the iPhone 4S) had not changed, or that their alarm didn’t go off at all, or an hour late.
Sports news anchor Jamie Apody of WPVI TV said on FaceBook:
“Anybody else’s IPhone Alarm Clock fail with the time change? Ours went off an HOUR late!!! Ugh”
While other iPhone users were actually awake at 2am local time and they have claimed that their iPhone “Didn’t change at 2am like it should have.”
SOLUTION:
Here are some possible solutions:
– Make sure the time is correct on the phone itself.
– Go in to Alarms. Delete the current alarm then make a new one.
No comment from Apple at the time of this writing. But we will keep on top of this and report as necessary.
