Why doesn’t Apple publicly admit problems with iTunes air play in 11.02? Just tell us you’re working on it and give an estimate of when the fix will be rolled out. Don’t they know that they are on the verge of losing customers?
What problems are you having? Apple does monitor their discussion boards http://discussions.apple.com so you may want to go on their and see if anyone else is having a problem.

Just curious why you thought AppleScript was dead with Mountain Lion?
Mountain Lion contains two new apps, Notes and Reminders, both with heavy AppleScript support.
AppleScript is alive and well in Mac OS X.
