For those who tried to use Zoom for video conferencing and had problems, you’re not alone.
As people use video conferencing more because of the Pandemic, services have been overwhelmed with requests and traffic.
On Monday morning at 9:07 A.M. Eastern Time, there were more than 12,000 reports of problems on the video conferencing service on Down Detector.
Zoom has acknowledged the problem and is working on a fix, according to its status page.
