Apple upgrades online store for SMS Alerts

Customers that order from Apple’s online store can now sign up to receive hardware and software delivery updates.  The choice to opt-in to the updates are presented during check out.  However, Texts are restricted to the hours between 8AM and 9PM in a person’s timezone.
