Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo previously shared that this foldable iPhone would start over $2000. Today’s new detail from Instant Digital gives us a more precise idea: Based on the iPhone’s profit margin, the iPhone foldable screen is estimated to start at between US$2,100 and US$2,300, not much more expensive than Samsung’s.
This is a fair bit higher than Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 6 offering, which starts at $1,899.99 currently. Google’s Pixel 9 Pro Fold starts slightly lower, at $1,799.
