Apple launches iPad Air (3rd Generation) Service Program for Blank Screen Issues

Apple has acknowledged that there is a problem with some 3rd generation iPad Airs which under certain situations will cause the screen to go blank causing a user to have to warm boot the device to fix the issue.

The affected devices were manufactured between March 2019 and October 2019.

Affected users can take it to an authorized Apple Service Provider where they will fix the issue free of charge.
