Despite shipping low- and mid-range phones, Apple maintained a 19% market share, surpassing Samsung’s 18%. This achievement was remarkable considering the stagnant or declining sales in the United States, Europe, and China.

While strong iPhone demand persists in emerging markets, competition from Huawei and the absence of AI features have impacted sales in China.

Counterpoint Research predicts a market decline this year due to tariff uncertainties. Xiaomi is expected to maintain its third-place position, followed by Vivo in fourth and OPPO in fifth.
