Apple has informed all registered developers and customers using the beta version of macOS Sequoia about a change in their terms of service. To continue using the software, users must agree to the revised terms.
According to 9to5Mac.com, Apple has just gotten the a-okay from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to make its new AirPods 2 into a full-fledged hearing aid. Â The feature was introduced during the Apple announcement last Monday.

Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration authorized the first over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid software device, Hearing Aid Feature, intended to be used with compatible versions of the Apple AirPods Pro headphones. Once installed and customized to the user’s hearing needs, the Hearing Aid Feature enables compatible versions of the AirPods Pro to serve as an OTC hearing aid, intended to amplify sounds for individuals 18 years or older with perceived mild to moderate hearing impairment.
Apple has sent an email to all developers notifying them of changes to their App Review Guidelines ahead of next week's official release of iOS 18.
