Yes, this seems like a very basic how to, but you'd be surprised at how many new Mac users don't know about this feature.

Sometimes, you may have to create a Folder on your Desktop for various reasons (documents, photos, videos, etc.) and you need to know how to create a new Folder on the Desktop. It's easy on Mac.

Here's how:

Go to a blank area on the Desktop.
Right click on that area.
A drop down window will appear.
Select "New Folder."
Give the Folder a name.
Press [Enter].
That's it.

You can also do that in the Finder within any Folder.

Apple claims that iOS 15 is installed on over 72 Percent of its devices

According to Apple's iOS installation page, the company is claiming that its latest operating system, iOS 15, is installed on over 72% of its devices since the company officially released it last Fall.

iOS 15 offers several new features and enhancements over iOS 14, including enhanced built-in apps, new camera features and more.

How to install a beta profile on an Apple TV

If you were ever interested in becoming a developer or public beta tester for the Apple TV, then you should know how to install a special beta profile to allow you access to download that special file. Yes, one can usually do it by going into System Configuration > System > Software Update and enabling the Get Beta Updates option. But that may not always work, especially if you're downloading the file for the first time. It's nice to know how to do it this way as well.

You'll need a Mac and a Mac app called The Apple Configurator, which you can get in the Mac App Store.

After that, do the following:

Login to your developer or public beta account.
Find the correct configuration file for your Apple TV device.
Download it on your Mac to your Desktop.
When that's finished, you'll be using the Apple Configurator app (which is in the Finder > Applications > Utilities folder).
In order for this to work properly, both your Apple TV and your Mac must be on the same WiFi network.
Another way to do it is to connect the two devices to a wired network.
Ensure that both the Mac and the Apple TV have network names so they are easily identifiable.
Make sure that the Apple TV device is on and connected to the network and your TV.
In the Apple Configurator app, you should then see your Apple TV device listed in the available device list.
Now, unzip the configuration file that you've downloaded on your desktop.
Drag and drop the file on to the Apple TV icon.
Follow the screens to start, install, and complete the installation of the configuration file.
That should be it.
