Are you having problems getting on the Internet? Do you have a VPN? Read THIS!
VPNs are nice, especially when you use public WiFi access a lot. Â They are also recommended if you do a lot of financial access. Â But sometimes, those VPN services can make your access a living hell.
While some VPNs are online 99.9% of the time, others may have to go offline for one reason or another. Â It is at those times when your Internet access may either show down, or become non-existent. Â When that happens. try the following:
- Reboot the phone or computer - Regardless of what you're using the VPN on, resetting the device may help.
- Logout of the VPN - Logging out and then back in may fix the problem.
- Choose another VPN server - The VPN server is what you go onto to use the service.  There is usually more than one.  Login into another one.
- Uninstall the VPN software - Do this as a last resort!
- Call the VPN's customer support - They may be able to direct you to other ideas for your type of setup.
