Elon Musk reveals what led to Twitter suppressing Hunter Biden story in 2020

Twitter owner Elon Musk released bombshell revelations about what led the tech giant to suppress the Hunter Biden story in the final weeks of the 2020 presidential election.

After a lengthy delay, Musk outsourced his findings to Substack journalist Matt Taibbi, who published a lengthy thread about what had transpired behind the scenes at Twitter.

"Some of the first tools for controlling speech were designed to combat the likes of spam and financial fraudsters. Slowly, over time, Twitter staff and executives began to find more and more uses for these tools. Outsiders began petitioning the company to manipulate speech as well: first a little, then more often, then constantly," Taibbi wrote. "By 2020, requests from connected actors to delete tweets were routine. One executive would write to another: ‘More to review from the Biden team.’ The reply would come back: 'Handled.'"

How to enable Stage Manager on an iPad

Stage Manager is a unique multitasking feature that allows one to see any running apps on the sides of the screen. Some people love it, some hate it. I find it quite useful, especially when working with multiple projects on the iPad.

Enabling and Disabling this feature is done using the device’s command center and is accessible at any time.

Here’s how to enable or disable it:

  1. Pull down Command Center from the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Find the Stage Manager icon.
  3. Use this icon to enable or disable the feature.
  4. That’s it.

Again, some people hate it and some people love it. Which side are you on?  Comment below!

Elon Musk: “Misunderstanding between Apple and Twitter is Resolved”

On Wednesday, Elon Musk went to Apple's Headquarters and had a tour with its CEO, Tim Cook.  During which time the two had a meeting about some "misunderstandings" between the two companies.  Afterwards, Musk sent a Tweet which said:

Good conversation. Among other things, we resolved the misunderstanding about Twitter potentially being removed from the App Store. Tim was clear that Apple never considered doing so.

As of this writing, Twitter still doesn't show up in the Google Play Store.
