  1. To add a new alarm on the iPhone, choose Clock > Alarm > +.
  2. Set the alarm to the desired time.
  3. Now choose Sound.
  4. At the TOP of the screen, choose  Vibration.
  5. Choose a vibration pattern that you wish to use.
  6. Tap Back to go to Sound again.
  7. Now choose Save to save the new alarm.
  8. Exit the clock and the alarm is ready to go.
  9. That's it.

Notice: if the iPhone is often on silent / mute, you will want to makes sure you have ‘Vibrate on Silent’ set to be ON. Go to iOS Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Vibrate On Silent > toggle this ON. If you do not have ‘Vibrate on Silent’ enabled and the iPhone is on mute/silent mode, the alarm clock will not vibrate and the alarm will therefore not work, many users have turned Vibrate On Silent to OFF to completely silence messages and calls but this must be on for the vibrate alarm clock to work. Likewise, you if had previously completely disabled vibration on iPhone you will want to change that and turn it back ON again in Accessibility.
