Current and future customers of Sprint can now take advantage of Apple's Business Chat when they need assistance with almost anything from answering pre-sales questions to end user setup of a device.
The option is available now.
“Much has been written — a lot of it by me, admittedly — about how Apple’s commitment to let iOS developers bring their apps to macOS in 2019 has the potential to dramatically change the Mac. But adding iOS apps to the Mac might not be where Apple stops,” Jason Snell writes for Macworld. “What if the company uses macOS 10.15 (or, dare I suggest, macOS 13?) to further unify the interfaces of its platforms?”
“For all the discussion about whether iOS apps running on a Mac can possibly live up to the platform’s interface standards, it’s entirely possible that this year, Apple will choose to redefine what it is to be Mac – like in a way that turns iOS and macOS into a continuum of interface decisions that are all, for a lake of a better phrase, ‘Apple-like,'” Snell writes.
“Longtime Mac users might chafe, but iOS users might welcome it,” Snell writes. “As someone who is both, I am not sure where I fall, but it’s worth considering just what Apple might do to make the Mac more closely resemble iOS.”

Apple has reportedly spoken with "at least three" private Medicare plan providers, exploring the possibility of subsidizing the Apple Watch for seniors 65 or older.
No deals have been signed, but Apple has visited "several of the largest insurers in the market, as well as some smaller, venture-backed Medicare Advantage plans," CNBC said on Wednesday, citing multiple sources. The idea would be to reduce the cost of a Watch for people who can't justify the minimum $279 pricetag for a last year's Series 3. The Series 4 starts at $399.
Both models can monitor heart rate and detect signs of atrial fibrillation. The Series 4 has additional health features, namely built-in ECG support and fall detection.
While the Watch is more expensive than other fitness trackers, insurance executives told CNBC that they're willing to work with Apple if it can show that the product can prevent costly medical treatments.
"Avoiding one emergency room visit would more than pay for the device," commented Bright Health CEO Bob Sheehy.
