Mid Friday, Apple announced it has reached a multi-year deal with Oprah Winfrey.
According to Apple News:
The deal will include Winfrey to create original programming that embrace her incomparable ability to connect with audiences around the world.
This deal is a part of a programming lineup with Apple.
Early Friday, Apple flipped the switch on Canada for them to receive live sports, news, and other content.
The networks include CBC, DAZN, RDS GO, Sportsnet and TSN GO.
The service is available by going into the Apple TV App (look for the icon that's included with this article).
Update: While still not available for some, it seems that the outages are coming to an end and all services should be available again soon.
Apple Maps is currently undergoing a partial outage of service, with a large number of users unable to use the navigational functions to get directions on the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac versions of the app.

After months of discussions and a recent court win, AT&T has completed its acquisition of Time Warner.
AT&T's CEO welcomed Time Warner employees to the company in an official statement:
