For those of us who have used Apple Pay 'in the real world', we know how convenient it is for a fast and accurate checkout experience. Â Now with the release of MacOS Sierra, that convince has now come to selected web sites.
In order for Apple Pay to work, you need the following:
- A Mac that runs MacOS Sierra.
- An iOS device that is able to run iOS 10.
Now make sure you have Apple Wallet setup with any credit card(s) that you may want to use with Apple Pay. Â If you don't please read this official document.
Using Apple Pay from the iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch:
- Make sure that you're signed in to the same iCloud account on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch.Â
- Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on both your Mac and the other device.
- Tap the Buy with Apple Pay or Apple Pay button.
- Check your billing, shipping, and contact information to make sure that they're correct.
- To pay with a different card instead of your default card.
- Click  next to your default card and select the card you want to use.
- You can choose credit and debit cards from any iPhone or Apple Watch that is nearby.
- If you need to, enter your billing, shipping, and contact information.
- Apple Pay will store that information on your iPhone, so you won't need to enter it again.
- When you're ready, make your purchase.
- On your iPhone, place your finger on Touch ID or double-click the side button on your Apple Watch.
- After your payment information sends successfully, you'll see Done and a checkmark on the screen.
- That's it!
