Yet Another Galaxy Note 7 Explodes – Burns six year old boy in New York
Over the weekend, another exploding Galaxy Note 7 smartphone incident happened, this time in up-state New York, United States.
Fox Business reported that a six year old boy was playing a game, when the phone suddenly burst into flames, leaving the boy with severe burns to his arm and body. Â Witnesses said that the flames were so intense, that it set off the family's smoke detectors.
At last check, the boy is home and recovering with his family. Â No word on what Samsung plans to do about this (if anything).
Sports Illustrated Shares NFL Game Day Photos Taken on an iPhone 7 Plus
Well known publication Sports Illustrated has published photos taken with the new iPhone 7 Plus to help demonstrate the resolution of the dual camera system.
The photos were snapped by professional SI photographer David Klutho at yesterday's Titans-Vikings NFL matchup, and highlighted on Twitter by Apple CEO Tim Cook. While a few of them are in-game action shots, many concentrate on pre-game moments, such as Billy Ray Cyrus singing the U.S. national anthem.

Has Apple Abandoned the Mac?
Last week, news web site MacRumors.com sent an email asking that very question.  As anyone that follows Apple knows, the Mac lineup has been overdue for an upgrade for more than a year.  It seems that Apple and its CEO, Tim Cook, has indeed lost interest in the computer that had put them on the map years ago.
So, they emailed the one person that could give them the answer that we're all seeking and wanting to know. Â After sometime, Tim Cook actually answered them with a glimmer of hope, and seen below:

So, there you have it - right from the CEO himself.  As to when we will see them?  Some rumors suggest an October or November media event.  In the word of Tim Cook - "Stay Tuned."
